- Access control
- Manage petty cash
- Comprehensive customer relations in both the gambling and catering areas
- Preparation and service of drinks and light snacks
- Point of contact for guest queries
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
YOUR PROFILE
- A charming nature, smart appearance
- Service-oriented and a team player
- Willing to work at night and at weekends
- Consistently good-humoured, friendly and motivated
- Impeccable track record
- Experience in casinos, tourism or food & beverage an advantage but not necessary
- A good knowledge of German
